Hi Dad,
Just wanted to drop a lil note to you. It's been over 3 weeks since you passed. I miss you more than anyone will ever know or even begin to understand. You were the only man in my life who never left me.I think of you often, but I know you are free now,no more pain, heartache or troubles. Free to be whatever you want to be. You will always be my Daddy! I'm here with Billy & Mom, taking care of them both. I know what I need to do now, & I got it Dad! I Love You!
Forever,
Stephanie

I have known Mr. Bill since I was a little girl. He was an outstanding person, a wonderful father, and grandfather. He has touched so many people's hearts in so many different ways. Heaven is definitely beautiful right now, because it has Mr. Bill in it. My condolences go out to the family. He will be missed. R.I.P. Angel.

This is the poem I will be reading at my dad's funeral......
I wrote it in 2008 for my Aunt Florence's funeral. It applies to my dad, to everyone who as passed as well. ......

FOR ALL MY LOVED ONES

So much to do. o little time!
Can't slow down! We'll fall behind!
Friends & family are always there for you.
You're sure they know you love them! Hey! They're busy too!!!

Well, here are just a few simple facts,
About overlooked, little, kind random acts.
When's the last time you called a loved one? To talk,& say, "I LOVE YOU!"?
Have you rushed right through their calls because you had "stuff" to do?

All these emails, IMs, text messaging and more.....
Does anyone remember what a phone is REALLY for?
I can recall from childhood, all my family gathered around.
Just hearing their talking & laughing was such a beautiful sound.

When I was a little girl, I would work so hard!!
I'd handmake such detailed gifts, or just a simple card!
With much excitement I would watch as they opened my surprise,
The purest joy & deepest love shone brightly from their faces!

So many memories, to hold in my heart, with an endless love!
I know, that those who've passed, watch over me from above!
Yes, only their earthly bodies have died & withered away.
Their spirits live forever, in memories,& it's here they shall stay.

DO NOT FORGET to tell your loved ones how they are your heart!
Spend time together. In their lives, always take an active part.
So when it comes time for their bodies to decease & their souls to return back home,
From these memories, those here on earth may be sad, but shall never feel alone!

Dear Daddy,
I already miss you so very much. I wish I had just one more time to tell you I love you. I wish we had just one more day, one more moment together. You were the rock of the head of our family. A husband, a father, a grandfather. You are greatly missed. I know you are at peace now. I know you are with your sisters, your mom & dad. You are watching over us all. We will always be connected in this Universe. Our energy is bonded, our spirits will find each other again. I love you Daddy.
