On behalf of the Orleans Audubon Society, I would like to extend our sincere condolences to Joelle Finley, Ken Harris and the rest of the Finley family. Lois K. Finley was a long-time birder and member of the Audubon Society. We greatly appreciate her generosity opening up her home to host Orleans Audubon Society board meetings.

As treasurer of the Eucharistic Missionaries of St. Dominic, I am especially grateful for Lois' financial assistance to me and to our Community. I also loved to joke with her and talk about her bird watching adventures.

Lois gave many years of generous service to the Eucharistic Missionaries of St. Dominic.
We loved her and were grateful for the way she shared her gifts.

Lois was a wonderful addition to the staff of the Eucharistic Missionaries of St. Dominic at our large motherhouse on the corner of Magazine and Aline Streets. It was a joy to know Lois and benefit from her competence as a bookkeeper and secretary. Now she has joined many of our Sisters who entered eternal life already, not blessed with 100 years of life.

My mother, Gloria Penning, who died in 2014 at the age of 92, was friends with Lois and played tennis with her for many years. I met Lois several times and remember her as a lovely woman. May she rest in peace.

May she rest in Peace. Lois was such a gift to us when she worked with the Eucharitic Missionaries. God grant her eternal rest and comfort her family.
