Mr. Joe was a Prince of a man. He was kind, thoughtful and had a big heart. He was like a 2nd dad to me and he was always there to offer help to my family. We would attend his annual crawfish boil and we loved sitting around talking about old stories. We love you Mr. Joe and you are always in our hearts. Love. Janice, Ed, Duke and Douglas Krause
