Tricia Jean Melady

Tricia Melady passed away on Wednesday, January 19, 2022 at the age of 72. Beloved mother of Richard Friedrichs, Jr. (Wendy). Loving grandmother of Jordan and Austin Friedrichs. Daughter of the late Thomas Melady and Barbara Fray. Sister of Johnny Melady, Susan Melady, and the late William Melady and Barbara Sickafoose. Also survived by numerous nieces and nephews: Tommy Melady, John Melady, Amber Sickafoose, Tommy Sickafoose, Mike Melady, Rachel Tadlock, and Joey Tadlock.
Tricia was a lifelong resident of Louisiana and a graduate of Southeastern Louisiana University.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend the Funeral Services at Tharp Sontheimer Funeral Home, 1600 N. Causeway Blvd. Metairie, LA 70001 on Friday, January 28, 2022, Visitation will begin at 12:00 Noon with a service at 2:00 pm followed by interment in Garden of Memories Cemetery. Arrangements are under the care of Garden of Memories Funeral Home.
