Stanley Joseph Geiling

Stanley Joseph Geiling Sr. passed away peacefully at home with his family by his side on Thursday, September 22, 2022 at the age of 76. Born in New Orleans LA. to the late, Calvin Joseph Geiling and Annabelle Catoire Geiling. Survived by his beloved wife of 55 years, Jane Marie Geiling; loving children, Stanley Geiling Jr., Lisa Pavon (Gerardo), Kevin Geiling (Shelley), and Michelle Geiling; Grandchildren, Madelyn Geiling and Gabriella Pavon. Also survived by his siblings Janice Geiling Barrett (Late George), Lois Geiling Bowers (Edward); nephews, William Cernich and Edward Bowers (Alyce)
Stanley was a long time employee with International Harvester Trucking Company. He loved to go fishing and enjoyed teaching his children how to fish and cherished time with his family. He will be deeply missed.
The family would like to give a special thanks to St. Josephs Hospice for the compassionate care they gave Stanley.
Relatives and Friends are invited to attend the services on Thursday, September 29, 2022 at Garden of Memories Funeral Home and Cemetery, 4900 Airline Drive, Metairie, LA. 70001. Visitation will begin at 10:00 AM with a Mass at 12:00 PM. Interment immediately following.
