Sarah D Wang

Sarah De Mattio Wang passed away on Friday, October 5, 2018 at the age of 97 years old. She was born on April 8, 1921 to Ignatius De mattio and Josephine Gaeto De Mattio. She was preceded in death by her husband Bazile Philip Wang and grandson Brian Wang. She was the sister of the late Ignatius De Mattio, Lilly Kingsley, and Marina Estrade. Beloved mother of Dr. Rose Wang Morgan, Philip Wang, Sr. (Gayle) and Paul Wang, Sr. (Susan). She is the loving grandmother of Michael Alfonso, Philip Wang, Jr. (Nicole), Shelia Wang Gravlee (Chris), Paul Wang, Jr. (Julie), Christopher Wang, Sr. (Erin), and Matthew Wang (Summer); she also leaves behind 12 great grandchildren.
The family would like to express their thanks to the nurses and staff of Metairie Healthcare for their devoted care and compassion during her residence there.
