Rosalie Marie Angerdina Cambre

Rosalie Marie Angerdina Cambre passed away on Friday, January 15, 2021 at the age of 92. She was a native of Good Hope, LA and was a resident of St. Anthony’s Garden in Covington. She dedicated her time as a loving housewife and mother and was a longtime parishioner of Our Lady of Perpetual Help in Kenner and St. Ann Church and Shrine in Metairie. Beloved wife of 71 years to the late Woodrow Joseph Cambre. Loving mother of Richard Cambre (Renee), Joanne Cambre Volz (Melvin), and the late Pamela Cambre Dolan (late, Scott). Proud grandmother of Brooke Cambre Boudreaux (Michael), Kimberly Dolan, Whitney Dolan Huete (Scott), Christian Cambre, and Connor Cambre and great-grandmother of Cambre, Ella, Avery, Olivia, William, and Camille. Sister of Mary Fabacher (Buddy) and the late Anna Mae Casey (late, Felix) and survived by 14 nieces and nephews.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend the Funeral Services at Our Lady of the Holy Rosary, 1 Rectory Ln. Hahnville, LA 70057 on Monday, January 25, 2021. Visitation will begin at the church at 9:30 am, with a rosary beginning at 10:30 am, followed by Mass at 11:00 am. Interment will be in Garden of Memories Cemetery, 4900 Airline Drive Metairie, LA 70001. Due to state restrictions, masks must be worn at all times and social distancing must be observed.
