Ricky Joseph Arnold

Ricky Joseph Arnold passed away peacefully on Tuesday, April 17, 2018 at the age of 63. Born on July 24, 1954 in New Orleans, LA to the late Alfred Joseph Arnold and Evelyn Chandler Arnold. He will be dearly missed by his wife of 35 years, Linda Boudreaux Arnold, and his sons, Derek Joseph Arnold and Trey Michael Arnold. He is also survived by his siblings: Alfred "A.J." Arnold, Jr. (Gail), Jerry Arnold (Faye), Randy Arnold (Jill), and Barbara McGibbon; his siblings-in-law: Bill Boudreaux (Debbie), Judy Senior (Wes), and Gary Boudreaux (Annette); and numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Ricky was certified as an electronic technician by Jefferson Vo-Tech School and then worked for 30 years in the computer industry. He loved music, playing guitar for the Maple Ridge Band in the 70s, and later coaching boy's baseball, basketball, football, and soccer at Metairie Playground. The family would like to give special thanks to Lakeside Hospice, Dr. Thomas Cosgriff, and M.D. Anderson.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend the services at Garden of Memories Funeral Home, 4900 Airline Drive in Metairie, LA on Tuesday, April 24, 2018. A rosary will start at 9:30 am, followed by the visitation from 10:00 am until 12:00 noon. The Funeral Mass will begin at 12:00 Noon with burial immediately following in Garden of Memories Cemetery.
