Madeline Abraham Ledet

Madeline Abraham Ledet passed away peacefully in her sleep on Friday, January 1, 2021 at the age of 69. Born November 16, 1951 in New Orleans, LA to the late William and Rosemary Abraham. She is the beloved wife of 42 years to Kenneth Ledet and the loving mother of Monique Ledet and Kenneth Ledet, Jr. Madeline leaves behind her adoring granddaughter, Madison Ledet, as well as numerous siblings: Jennifer Blanchard (Jim), Catherine Romero, Doris Abraham (Kenneth Lowe), and David Abraham.
Madeline was a devoted family woman. She worked at St. Christopher while her kids attended school there assisted teaching and helping out around the campus. She enjoyed playing cards with her longtime school friends and spending time with her family.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend the Funeral Services at Garden of Memories Funeral Home, 4900 Airline Drive Metairie, LA 70001 on Saturday, January 9, 2021. Visitation will begin at 10:00 am with a service at 10:30 am. Gathering will conclude at 11:30 am. Due to state mandates, masks are required at all times and the funeral home is limited to 150 people.
