Laura Mae Capo Adams

Laura Capo Adams passed away peacefully in Denham Springs, Louisiana on May 16, 2025. Born on August 30, 1944, in New Orleans, Louisiana, Laura was a proud graduate of Sacred Heart High School, Class of 1962. She was preceded in death by her beloved parents, Vincent “Rex” Capo and Marie Lavoy Capo. Laura is survived by her two brothers, Vincent Capo Jr. and Louis Capo.
Laura was a devoted mother to her three sons: George M. Adams IV of Millbrook, Alabama; Rene Adams of Fredericksburg, Virginia; and Michael Adams of Denham Springs, Louisiana. She was a grandmother to 14 grandchildren: Martin, Kristopher, Jameson, Andrea, Alyssa, Christopher, Grant, Sydney, Paige, Lane, Renee, Kristine, Gabrielle, and Laura Ann.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend the Graveside Service at Garden of Memories Cemetery, 4900 Airline Drive Metairie, LA 70001 on Thursday, May 22, 2025 at 11:00 am.
