Janice Whitfield Cochran

Janice Whitfield Cochran passed away on Monday, August 9, 2021 at the age of 78. She is survived by her four children, Ray Totorico (Donna), Terri Keller (Billy), Tim Totorico (Tina) and Cathy "Cookie" Glorioso (Derek); five grandchildren, Jennifer Sparks (Aaron), Mark Glorioso Jr. (Brandy), Nicolina Totorico, Isabella Totorico and Remi Totorico along with seven great-grandchildren: Davin Keller, Jolie Hulsey, Brooklynn Weber, Aaden Sparks, Grayson Glorioso, Palmer Glorioso, and Camden Glorioso. She is also survived by three of her siblings, William Whitfield (Dale), Florence Traigle (Al), and Wayne Whitfield and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, Elton Joseph Whitfield and Adele LaCour Whitfield; a grandson, Billy Keller, Jr. and six siblings: Elton Whitfield Jr., John Ray Whitfield, Faye Whitfield, Bernice Nicholson (George), Clydine "Jean" Coyle (Aylward), and Catherine Edler (Roy).
Janice retired from the City of Kenner as an Office Administrator in Code Enforcement. Anyone who met her knew she was a die-hard Saints Fan which naturally extended to her love for the entire Manning Family. Besides watching her beloved Saints, her hobby was simply spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Sunday, November 7, 2021 at 12:00 noon at the Kenner Council on Aging, 641 Compromise St. in Kenner's Rivertown 70062.
