Faye Fletcher Norton

Faye Norton passed away peacefully on Friday, October 15, 2021 at the age of 84. She was preceded in death by her parents, Marion Fletcher, Sr. and Louise Fletcher; two sisters, Marguerite Orr and Elizabeth Middleton and her husband, Arthur Norton, Sr.  She is survived by her daughter, Julie Landaiche (Richard); her sons, Arthur Norton, Jr. and Wesley Norton, Sr. (Robin); five grandchildren, Wesley Norton, Jr., Kadie Sewell, Amy Norton, Emily Sewell and Jamie Norton; her sister, Dorothy Dupuy and her brother, Marion Fletcher, Sr. Along with many family members, she is also survived by several foster children and their families.
Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend a celebration of her life on Tuesday, October 19, 2021 at 1:30 PM at Jacob Schoen & Son Funeral Home, 3827 Canal St. in New Orleans. Visitation will begin at 11:30 AM. She will be laid to rest next to her husband in the Resurrection Mausoleum located in Garden of Memories Cemetery.
