Crystal Lynn Casares-Dejanon

Heaven gained a special angel on Saturday, April 6, 2024. Crystal Lynn Casares-DeJanón, passed away at the age of 34 after her fast fight against an aggressive cancer. She was born in Lubbock, Texas on September 28, 1989, to Serbando Casares, Jr., and Karen Denise Williams.

Crystal was a beloved wife, daughter, sister, and friend. She was a Texas born, Louisiana raised, Disney lover. She was creative, talented, and a crafty individual. Crystal enjoyed cooking, baking, working out, and watching movies. You could always find her singing, dancing, or laughing. She was a beautiful soul with a glittering personality. One who was always willing to lend a helping hand.

She leaves behind her loving husband, Jared Michael DeJanón ; her parents, Serbando and Karen, mother-in-law, Terri DeJanón siblings: Analeigh, Joshua, and Kathryn; along with countless aunts, uncles, cousins, extended family, and friends.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend the funeral services on Sunday, April 14, 2024, at Garden of Memories Funeral Home, 4900 Airline Drive, Metairie, Louisiana 70001. Visitation will begin at 10:00am with a service starting at 1:00pm.
