Timothy J. Rosenstein, age 72, peacefully departed this world on Friday, May 19, 2017. He was the son of the late Althea Oliphant Rosenstein and Alfred Joseph Rosenstein. He is survived by his sister,
Anne Harris-Jones (Chuck), and his cousins, Patricia Couvillion and her family: Jay, Vicki, Taylor and Eve Couvillion. Tim was a proud graduate of Warren Easton High School and was an excellent drummer in the band. He graduated from Northeastern Louisiana University School of Pharmacy and was employed as a Pharmacist by Katz and Bestoff Drug Stores, the State of Louisiana, and Sav-A-Center. He was a kind, compassionate and caring individual: both loving and giving. He enjoyed using his knowledge to help others with their medical problems.
He will be lovingly remembered and sadly missed by family and friends.
The family would like to thank the wonderful doctors and nurses at East Jefferson General
Hospital and Ochsner Hospital.
In lieu of flowers the family would prefer donations to the American Heart Association at www.heart.org or the American Diabetes Association at www.diabetes.org. The memorial service will be held at Garden of Memories Funeral Home, 4900 Airline Drive, Metairie, LA on Thursday, June 1, 2017 from 3:00 pm until 5:00 pm.
