Robert Earl Grenn passed away on Friday, February 16, 2018. He was the loving husband until the end of Carol Burdick Grenn, the loving father of Catherine "Cathy" Grenn Wiemann, Robert “Mitch” Grenn(Dawn) and Rebecca “Becky” Grenn Henderson (Jon), the loving grandpa to Sara Clarke-Chan(Robert), Adam Clarke(Bonnie), Ian Clarke, Christopher Clarke, Lily Grenn, Jordan Queen and Stella Grenn, and great grandpa to Egon Milo Clarke-Chan. Robert retired in New Orleans, LA from Shell Oil Company after 35 years of employment. During his time with Shell, he lived in south Louisiana, Lake Jackson, TX, and Douala Cameroon, West Africa. He played football for Florida State University. He proudly served his country in the U S Army. He was a member of St. Augustine Episcopal Church for 57 years. Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the Funeral Service on Thursday, February 22, 2018 at 1:00 pm at St. Augustine Episcopal Church, 3412 Haring Road, Metairie, LA and the visitation will begin at 11:00 am at the church. Burial will follow in the Garden of Memories Cemetery.
