Andrew (Caveman) Villagomez Jr. 62, entered into eternal Heaven Friday October 13, 2017 at his home from cancer. Andrew was born in Houston TX, however lived all his life in New Orleans and Metairie LA. Andrew became a Marine Engineer for the State of Louisiana D.O.T.D CCC division for 25 years before retiring. He is survived by his mother Minerva Villagomez, his devoted and loving wife Amanda Villagomez, his children Andrew George Villagomez the 3rd, Chad Villagomez, Melinda Melan, Andrea Villagomez, Anna Villagomez and 5 heartwarming grandchildren. His siblings Mimi Pridgen (Sunny) and Melinda Faulk (Kurt), Adam Villagomez and Robert Villagomez and numerous loving and caring aunts and uncles. Also survived by brother-in-law Michael (Sandy), Anthony, sister-in-law Joanne Johnston (Willie), and numerous joyful nieces and nephew.
Relatives and family are welcome to attend the funeral service on Wednesday 17, 2017 at the Garden of Memories Funeral Home, 4900 Airline Drive Metairie, LA 70001 at 11:00am and the visitation will begin at 9:30am until service time.
